1st Snowboarding in Switzerland!

Finally, it was my debut day of snowboarding in Switzerland. I was looking forward to this day but same time, I was nurvous. I've never been so good in snowboarding.

I was telling everybody that I'm abosolutely beginner.

1st Snowboarding in CH

But that's actually not true. I've done snowboarding couple of times in Japan. I felt never confident but at least I tried.

1st Snowboarding in CH

When I got to know my husband 3 years ago, I went snowboarding in Japan many times during this winter, even though we were apart. I somehow thought maybe in future, I will go snowboarding with him in Switzerland.. (we were not even BFGF that time) That's why I practiced and was able to make some turns.

1st Snowboarding in CH

So as I thought, the day came. Snowboarding with him. He looked after me very well. He could run very fast but he kept my pace.

1st Snowboarding in CH

I fell.

1st Snowboarding in CH

He waited for me until ready.

Ursula is also super good snowboarder.

1st Snowboarding in CH

I knew it from beginning, but once again I've realized. She is SUPERWOMAN.

1st Snowboarding in CH

I followed her:) My husband coming after me.

1st Snowboarding in CH

It was very beautiful day and was fun to run down with everybody. The slope is not as crowded as that of Japan and comfortable. By the way, Godzilla is not in the photo but he is also great skier. He runs very fast.

1st Snowboarding in CH

I tried to ride like husband but still scare of steep slope and speed.

On the next day, I have experienced the most freaky lift you could find in the world. That I will write next time...

Yuka さん、yes, it can tell that you have a very good mother-in-law, you have a very good family-in-law, too. Also his family they treat you just like you're their own. I am very happy for you.

There are 3 small little things that I would like to tell you, too. When Japanese women who married to Germany countries just like us we will need those things, JSTV, JSTV it doesn't have not enough TV programm just like we have in America and Japan, but it will give you something from our own country every day. A electronic dictionary, Casio or sharp Papyrus PW-TC920.

But, if you don't need those things what I said, just forget them. Happy New Year!

Ah, so you are also in German speaking country. It's true that I find less Japanese stuff compared to US or in London. Luckily I was not a big fan of TV in Japan but I really miss Japanese food!
I hope you are also experiencing many fun (strange:) things by living in Europe.
